I went to there without an appointment. They welcomed me first but they changed attitude fe mints later. I was uncomfortable first then and I asked them to give a rebon but I had to stay there 7 - 8 hours, I was so tired, hungry and I paid 4 pesos for that. Plus they recommended to put a treatment, I did but it was 2,000 pesos and very very low quality. I feel they got extra money...

Staffs are very accommodating.. just that i didn't like what the "hair stylist" did to my hair. I showed him/her the picture exactly what i wanted to my hair.. unfortunately, it was way way far to what I showed to him/her. I am very disappointed with what the stylist did to my hair. I will not definitely go back and trust my hair to this salon.

Went here after work to avail their "No Tricks, Just Treats" promo for only 299. Turns out that since this branch is "Premier," they offer the specific promo at 350 pesos. FB ad is a bit misleading but I really wanted to pamper myself so the price was really no problem. The real problem lies with their STAFF! It was my first time here and my expectations were high based on the numerous reviews I've seen online. However, I didn't know that they treat walk-in customers so BADLY. There were 3 staff at the front reception desk. When I asked about their promo, only 1 person replied and in the manner like he/she was not in the mood to talk to me. I said I wanted to avail their mani-pedi together with their foot spa. He did inform me that there were other people in line then guided me to a seat in front of their desk. Then go on to his usual "work"...chatting and browsing his phone. After around 20 minutes or so, I started to get a feeling that they forgot about me. An older woman even entered the salon and was accommodated very WELL by another staff at the front desk. This staff (a thin, young woman) didn't even greet me when I first walked in. Anyway, I learned the the older woman booked an appointment so she was treated "special." About 10 minutes had passed...and I was starting to get impatient. I think there were a total of 3 manicurists working that night but they were all working so SLOW! I then asked the young lady (the same one that didn't greet me earlier) at the front desk if how many people are in line for the mani pedi...or in Tagalog, pang-ilan ba ako sa pila. What she did next was so UNPROFESSIONAL. She gave me a blank look like she DIDN'T KNOW I WAS THERE (after sitting in front of her the whole time!!!). She then asked what service I was availing from them. I replied and she asked me who was the first one to arrive (sino unang naka-pila), pointing at the other people near the door. Who, I would just like to share, already FELL ASLEEP...probably because of the LONG WAITING TIME. I didn't know that there were still other people in line. The prior staff who assisted me just simply mentioned that I was to wait then he guided me to sit in front of the front desk. This is really my last straw. Thank God, I'm still a decent person because I swear other people would probably go berserk and shout at the unprofessionalism of their staff. I simply replied to the young lady that I won't be availing their service anymore. And then I left the establishment. Sorry but you just LOST A CUSTOMER. --- I was really excited to go try this salon because I heard great reviews and it was really near my workplace. What should supposedly be a pampered night turned out to be a STRESSFUL night. Ambiance was really nice and they decorated the place very well for the upcoming Christmas season...but the STAFF really DISAPPOINTED me. And sad to say this but I would probably NEVER GO BACK again.
