Service wise as compared to SM North branch, i still prefer here 'cause the employees here are more accomodating and much more courteous. Downside is that the stocks are limited, so options are limited which I guess due to the smaller store size. But at least staff are honest and they can definitely recommend as to where you can find the product your looking for.

I'm not sure how their process works but they only had one salesman answer all my inquiries during my visit here. And I was the only one in the store that time. There were other personnel around but they were only watching or jibing him. From laundry needs to bath to light and ventilation he was the only one who attended my concerns. He was also their only person who would install the stuff you bought from them e.g. my single-point water heater. I also attached a photo of a hose extension that he suggested for me for what I needed to extend the inlet hose for my fully automatic washing machine. This did not help at all... 4 stars for the branch. It has the typical layout for hardware stores. Hopefully they'd hire or train people properly to attend to the dustomers' needs.
