The people that work here are very helpful and kind! Also, the atmosphere is very relaxed with freely available wifi. I also think the prices are fair, 85p for washing and 85p for drying.

It is becoming a trend that self-service Laundromat offers more than just wash and clean services. Clean Bean caters primarily to residents of M Place Tower but it is easily accessible in Panay Ave/Mother Ignacia. Competing laundromats are nearby but what sets it apart is that the place is designed with a cafe and lounge. One downside is that it follows the mall operating hours from 10am to 8pm daily. It opens too late for morning-risers and closes too early for people who do errands after work.

The place looks nice but customer service is REALLY BAD. The staff doesn't know how to talk nicely to a customer. Instead of explaining properly or apologizing she won't even stop arguing. Sayang. There are other laundry shops with much better service and pleasant staff.

The laundry shop looks new and clean, and they have a nice lounge where you can hang out while waiting for your laundry. But the two ladies who man the place are unbelievably unfriendly and unhelpful, like they hate you for doing your laundry there. The place is really convenient but i wont do my laundry there unless i have no other choice.

The owner of the place does not know what customer service means. She doesnt even know how to smile or greet her clients. I have done my laundry here a couple of times and i just got back from a trip. I didnt know that they have already opened their 'cafe' in their lounge and it was still closed at 2pm when I arrived so i got my lunch elsewhere. Then came in the owner who embarassed me in front of the other clients by sternly telling me 'miss no outside food allowed'. To consider that i have not been eating yet, she just saw my paperbag of food. I have never felt so unwelcomed in a business or establishment before. She could have kindly said sorry for opening late and that maybe next time I could consider their food while waiting for my laundry. The way she also talks and treat her employees is a bit off-putting. I hope she will learn how to treat her clients and employees better so that she wont lose more clients like me. Will never recommend this place to anyone.
