Let's start with the good part. It's clean and there's a mineral water refill in the hallway. And it's cheap. Then... It's at the Sir William hotel, a bit dated. Big big problem! Booked with Agoda but was not notified that there is an extra 400pesos sanitation fee that was announced as I checked in. Room has a slight scent of cigarette. At the time of check in, cable was broken for my entire stay. Insulation is thin, you can hear everything, from the loud vehicles outside. Sometime a jeep with a big sound system, and chatter in the hallway. And the biggest problem is the internet as you can see from the screenshot. It's really really slow. Good enough for chatting but loading web pages is slow. Ended using data on my phone to use the internet instead. -- Other comparable priced reddoorz hotel have a decent internet, refrigerator, utencils, quietness at a similar price like Reddoorz Kamuning.

The room is huge. They just add additional charge for sanitizing the room which is supposed to be the standard way of cleaning it. So why the extra charge???

The service here was so bad. We made a reservation online several days prior and once we arrived, we were told that there was no reservation in the system, so we started filling up forms to book a walk-in room. After we did all the things required we were told that they were fully booked "pala". The lady at the front desk was so cold and unhelpful, even when we asked if she knew any other hotels we could go to (just gave us a bad look and said no). If you ever think of booking a room here, i suggest Go Hotels or Red Planet, both of which are just down the street. A little more expensive but much cleaner and with kind and helpful staff.
