Looked like a cheap motel from the outside. Only 1 electrical outlet in my room which was set for the tv. This was the biggest setback because I wanted to charge my phone and powerbank at the same time. Only good thing was their friendly staff.

Staff is friendly, but getting a good room is based on pure luck. Some rooms are terrible, have a bad smell, and need to be renovated. Other rooms are okay. The only complaints I had in this hotel was: 1. Area isn't very good, sometimes unsafe. Many homeless are there. 2. Room was dark and had a very old vibe which really disturbed me. Old mirrors on the wall, and room smelled dusty. NO WINDOWS. 3. No elevator. Expect to climb many flights of stairs, which can be difficult with luggage. 4. They hide the airconditioning remote to save money on electricity. Too hot or cold? You will need to contact a staff member to adjust it. 5. The landline phone to call the front desk was not working. Any inquiries? You'll need to go downstairs. 6. No airconditioning in the hallways. Windows are kept open to allow airflow, which is good, but it causes noise like honking and traffic sound to leak into the room 7. Hot water heater in the shower was not heating. I will say, dispite all of these problems, the staff was very nice. Thank you staff for keeping a bad hotel in a good spirit. You are the only hope at improving that hotel. Hopefully something changes soon.
