Very clean and welcoming vibe. Staff are very pet friendly.

Just recently we booked an appointment with pet house timog branch for a full groom of my 2 pet pomeranians, we request and instruct them to just trim the furs of my pets. When I pick up my pets after sometime I was shocked of how they look coz they literally cut all their furs, they basically made them bald and to my disgust they are saying that they did that coz they have matted furs which is not true. I can say that the groomer who attended to my pets are so lazy and to all the staff of Pet House, all of you are irresponsible. Atleast coordinate with your client before taking any actions especially if you are going to make a decision against the clients request.

First visit for our fur-babies. Staff are very accommodating, service is quick and sulit. Fur-babies enjoyed their trip to the vet as they made friends with the kuyas who assisted us!

Vets and Assists are so friendly and attentive to our cats’ needs!!:) very approachable and they know all the pets. best place for furbabies ever. ❤️

didn’t even bother checking on my cat properly!!! The vet just sat the whole time (on the guests/customers’ chairs even) and showed 0 care for my cat.
