The Dog Spa & Hotel Examiner St

Left my dog (shih tzu) last week, I guess for a pet grooming service and pick her up without noticing that her left ear was cut. It was late when I found out and they did not even bother to tell what happened. Her left ear was cut and her right ear has a WOUND as well. I can't imagine what my Pudding experienced that day. It's like they didn't care. Don't leave your pet(s) there. IT'S A NIGHTMARE!!!

First time to avail dog grooming service here and was very impressed with their service. Our golden retriever smelled like marshmallows for several days. Will definitely go back here.

Left my two dogs here months ago for 6 days. When i came back to pick up my dogs, I was surprised to find a "WOUND" inside my Shih Tzu's eye causing temporary blindness on his right eye. When i brought my dog to a vet clinic, the doctor said that the eye "might" have been pricked. Had to give my dog eye drop medications for weeks for the wound to heal. Also, they lost both my dog's leash, though they did replace it.I would not recommend this dog hotel.

Great hotel for dogs. If more than 5 nights, free grooming. Left my furbaby last June for 5 nights, we had video call while we were away. My only complain is that my furbaby has wound close to the eye when we came back. And they cant tell me what happened. Grooming: I know that my furbaby is kinda restless when getting a haircut especially if it's on the face, so i think it is kinda understandable that the haircut on her face is irregular. I just wish that the groomer knows how to calm my furbaby so he can cut her perfectly.
