Not careful with grooming, my furrbaby(Pomeranian) felt very stressed and she got poked by some sharp object in her eyes turned cloudy on the right eye i thought she will get blind and brought her to the Vet for immediate medication and no body in their shop took responsibility of the mishandled pet of mine (No care for your furrbaby). I should have sued this petshop but after all the stress i have no time. I would not recommend this to my friends and family.
