Your neighborhood Carinderia, run by Ate Virgie and her husband, Bong. They sell home-made Filipino food, turo-turo style, priced reasonably, and served by friendly staff. Plastic stools line up closely one after another under the plastic covered tables. It is on the front of one of the apartments in the 58 Scout Rallos compound.
