Located at the Quezon Memorial Circle, the huge monument can be seen from far away. It is a national shrine dedicated to former Philippine President Manuel Quezon. It also has a museum at its base where entrance is free. Looking up the column, I see 3 grieving bowed angels holding a sampaguita flower wreaths. They represent the three major island groups of the Philippines, Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. The base of the shrine is filled with relief sculptures at the side. Quite a nice place to visit if you happen to be in the area.

Great place remembering the historical contribution of Manuel Luis Quezon to the Philippines from his birth to his death. Good for students and researchers it's free just comply with the rules and your good to go. If you have spare money you can donate for the maintenance and improvement of the museum.

A great series of exhibits on the life and times of Manuel Quezon, founder of Quezon city. Great for tour groups, school trips and tourists alike. Admission is free with suggested donations to help with the cost of upkeep. I learned a lot of very interesting things while I was here. Quezon did a lot for the city and planned the area very carefully to deal with growth and future demand. If you're planning on going yourself, arrive early and make sure you're wearing comfortable shoes. 4 hours is about enough time to see everything here.
