I took my cat here on an emergency due to her swallowing a needle and I am so thankful to everyone that helped her. Dr Fernandez examined her and was very calm and professional. It definitely helped me calm my nerves and our whole visit lasted probs 15 min! Truthfully, I was referred to Wags and Tails by another clinic and I am so glad they did, great services for affordable prices. My cat is okay now and is needle free, highly recommend this place as it also has clean facilities and generous parking space.

This clinic MISDIAGNOSED my cat. My cat was in pain and bled whenever he peed. After a costly examination and lab test, the vet prescribed EXPENSIVE medicated cat food and medicines. When my cat showed no signs of improvement after a few days, I called their vet and he said it takes a while for the meds to take effect. I couldn’t stand seeing my cat literally dying in front of me, so I took him to UP Vet Med. They gave me an entirely different diagnosis. They prescribed sambong tea and some antibacterial med. My cat was feeling much better after three days.

I brought my cat in because she wasn't eating and playing. Dr Fernandez examined her, had bloodwork done and determined that she was constipated. Fortunately, her blood work was fine. Dr administered fluids to help her and prescribed meds. After 2 days, my cat felt better and was back to her playful self. I'm so glad that I brought her to Wags & Tails. The clinic is clean, plenty of parking and Dr Fernandez and his assistants were very helpful and knowledgeable. So glad I found this clinic.

This is where my furbaby gets all her vaccines, vitamins, nail cut, etc. There are very friendly vets here who shows concern to our pets and they also have their own pets whom my Regina can play with.

The first time I went to Wags and Tails was to bring in a rescue dog straight from picking him up from the streets (with the assistance of CARA Welfare Philippines because I could not have done it on my own). The dog was old and limping because one of his forelegs was swollen and wounded. He wasn't used to being collared and caged so he became really agitated and feisty when we got him. I worried how we would be able to help him further if he would be uncooperative like that. Fortunately, the wonderful people at Wags and Tails expertly handled him. They knew how to deal with scared animals and they understood that he wasn't used to the new surroundings and people. They tested him for distemper (negative, thankfully since this is a highly infectious disease), administered rabies vaccine and took an x-ray of his limping foreleg. The doctor explained to me well what was done and what more needed to be done. I left Brownie (yes, I love classic names) under the care of the vets at Wags and Tails until his limp gets better. On occasional visits, I've seen that there's always improvements in his condition. The wound and swelling on his limp are healing nicely. Brownie also looks relaxed now. Because I really love the way they took care of Brownie, I also brought my cat there for his vaccinations. My cat turns into an angry tiger whenever he's someplace new but they were able to give him his shots anyway. Wags and Tails offers reasonable rates, maintains clean premises and has good facilities. Conveniently for me, they accept credit card payments. There's also ample parking space and it is situated near a lot of other restaurants and cafes in case clients want to make a sidetrip. Most importantly, I trust the veterinarians and animal handlers there to be calm, competent and gentle with my pets while giving them proper medical treatment.
