Bad experience with this clinic. I brought my dog 8pm in the evening for emergency and told us they were going to charge us Php 1,500 for emergency fee + Php450 consultation fee + additional charges the dog might need. I agreed to it since it's an emergency but here is the catch, my dog needed X-Ray and they did not have it in their clinic. They advised us to come back the next morning and they will just administer anti-inflammation shots that night. So they we're going to charge us all this money just so we can come back tomorrow for the x-ray. All about the money! They don't care about your pets!

I agree with Jj Lo. Super expensive. Especially for critical care, the meds and services charged to us was almost double the amount compared with other clinics. Not a good experience for the health of my pet and my pocket.

Very expensive. Although it was an emergency case because i brought my pet due to LBM but still it was not that serious. Magugulat ka sa amount na charge sau. Wala pa out right na resibo. If you have other options wag dito. Promise sobra mahal.

I live in New Manila and brought my shih tzu there for check up because I couldn’t find any open vet clinics in the area due to the lockdown. The vet and their staff were very accommodating. While paying my bill, I overheard a couple whose dog needed some serious treatment and they were pleading with the clinic owner to take their pet in even though they have little money left because the husband has no work due to ECQ. I felt pity for the couple. Then I heard the clinic owner saying “Sige po, tatanggapin namin yan dog nyo” and she proposed a very friendly payment scheme to them. Oh, she has a heart of gold! Sana dumami pa ang katulad nya.
