Last 21Sep2020; 1st time PMS and was not done properly. I need to go back again the next day and have it checked why there was a water leak in the washer fluid reservoir. There was no leak before PMS and getting it damaged was not explained properly considering our car has not been in an accident and the damaged hose is inside which there is no other means of getting it damaged. So Im assuming that it got damaged during the preventive maintenance that time. And Glenn M. the service advisor is claiming its not their fault and he had me pay again which i think should have been a back job and since it's not confirmed so i let it go. After few days later there is a leak again and i had it checked and repaired in a car shop near me as I'm frustrated with Toyota Manila bay. The car shop checked/ repaired it and shown that a tool had it damaged which had a small slice puncture. Now im pretty confident that it's been done by a person. And who else could it be? Bad experience for me. I feel i need this review to let other people know.

Terrible experience and I will never return. I would advise anyone using their service department to be careful. I went there to get a simple oil change, and was given a sheet outlining 12,000 PHP worth of 50,000 kilometer services. These include engine washing, car washing 50K service even though my previous service there they included a 45K service..... it is clear that they were up-selling unnecessary services after I clearly stated i just wanted a simple oil change. I understand I should have refused and walked out, but not realizing that they already scammed me the last time until later, I agreed to let them do the extra services as I will soon sell the car. The worst part of my experience, is that after being charged for unnecessary and un-solicited services, when they turned over my car I opened my hood to check to see that if they were going to charge me that they actually had done the work. THEY DIDNT EVEN CLEAN IT. Embarrassed or scared that I actually checked(assuming most people dont) the service advisor apologized and sent it back to actually do the work. I have zero confidence in the authenticity of the work provided and now I question if they actually changed my oil. I will never go back there and advise anyone thinking of using their service department to carefully check the bill before and after and then check carefully to ensure the service has been done. Very, very disappointed.

This place has a huge showroom compared to other TOYOTA dealers. Typical free coffee etc. Cozy and comfy ambiance.

This is the biggest Toyota Dealer in the Philippines according to the agent we have talked to... 🤗
