Suzuki Auto Manila Bay

Horrible customer service. Cane with senior citizeen parents to pick up a car. We came at 1a paid right away but had to wait for 3 hours for release. We were told it took that long bec. person in charge was on her lunch break.

Service personnel are very attentive and has a nice waiting area for costumers

Unscrupulous dealership! They called me to tell me a vehicle I was looking for was available. I was emailed a quote and going to pay cash. Then the problems started...they could make more money by selling it to someone financing the vehicle, so they refused to sell me the unit. The sales manager said it was a misunderstanding and refused to honor the deal. I said there was no misunderstanding with me... I was sent a quote to purchase it and I wanted it. The manager refused to honor the deal.

May not have what I want but very ecellent service, very helpful personel
