My service advisor arnold attended to me immediately, explained what maintenace for my car will be done. Itemized properly the things to be done. Waiting area is spacious. 👍

Staffs are very attentive and accommodating. Services advisers are very skilled, knows all the know-how on your service. Maintenance services or PMS are always attended properly. After sales is also not a problem in here. Ordering of parts doesn't take too long, usually arrives before the given date. Highly recommended!

The showroom is clean and staff is eager to assist. The cashier does not waste your time, very efficient. The service department is always full and often items needing repair or attention are neglected. Service department needs to up their game a bit.

The service personnel in this place are very friendly and responsive. They will give you immediate feedback on the service done. The problem with this place is they have cocky and arrogant guards who are not trained to face customers with customer service orientation.
