Octacrom takes Customer Service seriously. I contacted Octacrom as they are the distributor of Wassernison. I needed replacement hoses for power bidets that I purchased. I have been through several hardware stores but none of them have it in stock. (I was even advised to just buy a new one). After sending a text through a cellphone number posted on their website, I was contacted by Mr. Yolando De La Cruz (Customer Development Representative). He and his team arranged for the item to be delivered to me. I had a very small request. Honestly, I wasn't expecting to be attended to. Thank you very much, Octacrom, for attending to my request. Rarely do I encounter companies that give importance to after-sales service. Amazing!
