During the trying times, we were desperate in sourcing dog food for our pets. We manage to contact this shop and all they did was giving us false hopes. It took several days for us to wait for payment instruction despite our constant follow ups. They never returned our messages, even at the very least informing us that they could no longer cater our transaction for us to move on and look for other alternative. I always believe that somehow the people behind this business are pet loving individuals and that they can relate to our desperation. But I was wrong. And if I can give them a negative rating, I would gladly do so.
