South Imus Specialist Hospital

If I could give this hospital a zero, I would. They don’t know what they’re doing. Family members are already mourning and they are still making it difficult for them to retrieve the body. When all the funeral arrangements were already in place and the funeral home is already there to retrieve the body, they asked the family members who are aleady outside to leave that cremation should be done because it’s probable covid. First of all, a test was done which is not even 24 hrs yet which was negative (if you are a health professional, you know it’s impossible to change within 24 hrs unless they do something to change the result). Second, it’s not our fault that you do not have the result of your own test yet. Then you don’t have freezer in your morgue to store the body. We do not want cremation but you insisted and did everything to make sure the family did a cremation. You shouldn’t charge anything then because if a patient is diagnosed with covid it is covered by philhealth. But no, you held one my relatives there until everything was paid. Isn’t that against the law? Isn’t what everything you did against the law?

Worst hospital ever!

Grateful and thankful! The staff of the South Imus Specialist Hospital, from the great doctors and directors, Dr. Dalluay and Dr. Libadia, and nurses especially Head Nurse JM (who took care of mommy's private nurse), and other staff in the emergency room and station 5 up to the security guards. Thank God that there is such a hospital here in Imus that is very caring and concerned for the patient. 🙏❤
