Carveldon Veterinary Center

Dra. and the staff at Carveldon are very friendly and patient. During the pandemic, only pets are allowed inside the clinic and so pet-parents tend to get hot and impatient while waiting outside. Despite this though, sobrang bait pa rin ng mga tao sa Carveldon and they treat my pets with the best care.

The staff was very accommodating and even gave me the prescribed medicines for my pet. however I cant express how much disappointment I felt after my pet died days after its diagnosis where the doctor said everything was "normal" and i have nothing to worry about but to give her its prescribed medicine everyday. I never failed to give her the medicine which should be taken everyday but for some reason my "normal" pet died without us knowing what could be the reason. I had to pay about 7000Php for everything; Blood test, urine/feces test and other tests to see wether my cas had any issues regarding its health but sadly I dont have any clue how It died knowing that the doctor said EVERYTHING was normal. (I dont mind the price because im willing to spend every dime I had to get my pet rolling again.) Pero wala. they told me to visit after a week kung mahina pa pero hindi na inabutan. I hope other customers could read this as a caution if ever you want to get your pets checked.

My dog Wendla was well taken care of when she suffered from kidney failure. It's spacious and has clean facilities.

As a new cat owner, I had a lot of questions. The staff at Carveldon gave me insightful answers, and they were truly helpful. They gave me advice that actually saved me money, rather than trying to make money out of a clueless customer. I admire their honesty in business and their passion to help animals and pet owners alike. Great job!
