Municipal Health Office @ Imus, Municipal Hall

Bad service ... I would have to go to the health office to get a medical certificate. Just yesterday, September 21, 2017 I was upset, I couldn't immediately check up because I had no office yesterday as per the suspension of govt offices. If this is September 22, 2017, I will be able to get a check up and due to the bad feeling I will need to get a medical certificate for my job as I do not want to be checked up and do not want to give me a medical certificate. Is it alright to tell me that I don't want to go private? Is it my fault that there was no office yesterday, September 21, 2017?
