Pampered Spa

Got my first 3 hour massage here. Ask for MITCH, its her specialty and she talked me into it! Just kidding. It was her first 3 hour massage too and the girls asked me 10 times if I was serious. I was. She gave me deep tissue and asked me where to focus. It was really excellent. She powered through, and tenderized all my stuff parts. Highly recommend.

We got there after a strenuous trip and totally loved the pampering. They have a great variety of packages to choose from fir unbeatable prices. The staff is very friendly and worked professionally. It's definitely not our last visit on our stay in Sabang!!!

In the last two years we were often in the Pampered Spa for massage. We were massaged by many different massage therapists in the Pampered Spa, the "worst" thing we experienced was that a massage was only "good", mostly the massages were excellent or extraordinarily good. The Pampered Spa is one of the very few very positive exceptions in the Philippines where you get very good massage quality. Unfortunatly you have to suffer VERY uncomfortable massage tables in the pampered Spa. (Generally about the massage quality in the Philippines: We go to the massage regularly, my wife is a certified massage therapist. We have already tried many massages in the Philippines (Manila, Cebu, Siargao, Palawan, Coron, Bohol, Boracay etc. etc.). In our experience, the quality of massages in the Philippines is usually only average, often unfortunately extremely poor. To receive regularly good massage quality like e.g. in Thailand one can definitely forget in the Philippines.) In the Pamered Spa one is asked in which strength the massage should be carried out and the therapist takes this into account (unfortunately this is not a matter of course in the Philippines). The whole massage follows a sensible procedure. Individual needs and wishes (e.g. focus on shoulder tension) will be dealt with professionally. With massage spas in the Philippines we are used to finding out the good therapists (and avoiding the bad ones). Therefore it is especially positive to point out that all therapists in the Pappered Spa consistently deliver good massage quality. The owners of the Pampered Spa really do a good job in selecting their massage therapists. The massage package in the Pampered Spa is simply right and therefore we give the best rating for the massage and recommendation for the Pampered Spa. But because that very uncomfortable massage tables I can give only 4 stars. The hole in the massage tables for the face is much too small and therefore one lies very uncomfortably. Some of the holes for the face are only 5 x 5 cm, so the nose just fits. You can't breathe in that!! Good breathing and lying comfortably on these massage tables is not possible. Therefore I have always made a construction out of a folded towel to lie more or less comfortably. These couches limit the massage experience considerably. My feedback a year ago to change that was welcome - but still without result. Pampered Spa massages are available in Sabang and at the Badladz Hotel in Small Tabinay. The Badladz Hotel charges 100 pesos more for the massage hour.

Pampered Spa wonderful experience, in massage and relaxation :) I'm not a big connoisseur of the massage, but I know I enjoyed. More about the massage will be written by my girlfriend T.N. :)
