The couple events that we did were slightly misrepresented, but actually really fun!! The bummer was that I left my phone in my girls' bag, which I thought was going to be secured at the counter, but when we got done with the fun it turns out someone stole my cellphone right out of her bag!!! Stuff happens, we all know that, but my rating is because when I came back and brought it up, they made it a point to say I didn't leave my phone there, basically calling me a liar to my face, and when they pulled up video it wasn't to see if anyone had been near that might have grabbed it, but went straight to the shot of me putting my phone with a pack of smokes in the bag, flat-out telling me that I was making it up. The appropriate response is; "Sir, I apologize for this confusion and assure you we do our best to secure personal belongings, but anything is possible and we will get your number and go over video footage to see if we can do anything to find it's whereabouts and call you with any updates..", not tell the person they are making things up that just lost their phone after barely being here an hour, just because they are so afraid to accept responsibility that maybe a staff member is a thief. Honestly the activities are fun, but they don't even lock your belongings up, so don't take anything that you can't keep in your pockets and can't go without; thankfully the thief left my credit cards and id behind.

The mud carts were great fun. The go carts have been tuned for newbies. So if you want to go fast it's not for you.

Super fun experience!!! My kids really loved the mudkart ride... the owner and the staff are really accomodating and kind... we will be back in this place again and again and again...

Never miss to drop by @XtremeSports aside from the beach, this should be a mandatory go-to venue. It is also good for family bonding and team buildings. Rates are affordable, they have accomodating and professional staff. This is a place that I would definitely revisit when I go back to Puerto Galera.
