Amazing tour operator. Highly recommended

This tour Operator is very accommodating.

I have booked 3 tours on Viator site with this tour operator - tours A, C and D, in El Nido, Phillipines. I have exchanged some emails, after booking, where they have told me that tour D included Small Lagoon, and that we would have drop-off at our hotel included as well. So, as everything was as I expected, I did not cancel my bookings (I would have a total refund at the time). In tour A, we were taken to see Small Lagoon, and we asked if anything was changed, as we were supposed to go to Small Lagoon on tour D, and Big Lagoon on tour A. The guide told us that we would see the Big Lagoon instead, in tour D. But, we discovered later, that for tour D would not be the same local operator... Even worst, the Small Lagoon was not even included in tour D at all!! As for the drop-off, the local operator told us that it was not included, and that we would have to arrange it on our own... Also, on the day before and the day of tour D, I have sent 2 emails to CheapTravelPH, and I did not get any answer... probably because at that time I could no longer cancel the booking and get a full refund! So we were lied to by the local operator, as well as by CheapTravelPH. We left El Nido without seeing the Big Lagoon... Besides, after being there, there are a lot of "stores" selling these tours, so no need to book online. This way, you will have a place to complain if something does not go as expected... So, my advice is, DO NOT BOOK with CheapTravelPH!!!
