i asked for a ‘trim’ and the guy chops half my hair off...unevenly! it seemed as though he attempted to give me layers which 1. i did not ask for and 2. absolutely hate and 3. was such a terrible attempt i thought a blind man had cut my hair! the workers aren’t very professional as most just stand around doing absolutely nothing whilst mucking around. chairs are old and are in terrible condition. the leather was very uncomfortable when i was sitting down. would never return after this disaster.
