Old But Efficient You can board a bus bound for Davao here. There are "normal" buses, 7-Stops to Davao buses, and "nonstop" buses to Davao. Snack vendors have been allowed to crowd the walkways. There are several security guards. Bachelor Tours buses are in excellent condition.

Main bus terminal in Butuan city. Only Bachelor bus company operates here as they have a monopoly on overland transport. Routes being served are Surigao city, Davao, Cagayan De Oro and the other in between cities. There are aircon and non-aircon buses available. Destinations are well signed in front of the buses. Tickets are handled by the bus conductor, only cash. The terminal has many food vendors, mainly local Filipino dishes. The terminal is open 24 hrs but buses only operate from the early mornings into the later evenings (3am-11pm). There is lodging available but not the most comfortable and cleanest. Toilets are available but not the cleanest. Better hotels and dinings are available downtown. Tricycles from the bus terminal to downtown city is only P10 so beware as they will try to charge more otherwise you can walk as it's only 1.5km away.
