We bought a used car there 3 and half years ago.. Car was good, but no discount was given even though we asked and paid for it in cash Last year they were having a sale and trade in incentive for used car under 70,000km in good condition. Our car which was a Toyota vios qualified for trade in under this program. (car was in excellent condition, no dents, etc). We asked the salesman for trade in price on our car towards another (same sales man we had originally purchased our car) and he said he would let us know tomorrow. ........ .. No call, next day, no call again. So we called 2 days later and asked what is the problem? He said he was on lunch and would call right after ... NO Call again... We did not bother to call back after that. They lost our business, and we have never stopped there since then. We will take our business elsewhere now.

Did not do simple adjustment of rear view mirror even though reminded multiple times, and added fuel injector cleaner even though the tank was full, how then is the customer to know if they really did add FIC or just the technician just hid it for himslef.
