9am on the 27th of October. Yes I need to be specific because I don't know the name of the crew. Mag pa gas tana mi and we were in a rush that time! I waited next to a car for my turn and the crew told me to be on the other isle instead. On our way there, here comes a tricycle who obviously came after me and took the place. The staff filled the tank of the tricycle first knowing that I arrived at the gas station first! I just let it pass. I then parked next. We waited there for God knows how long! The staff who accommodated me walked passed behind us with and we heard the other staff said "pagdali rag kaon bay!" Then we waited there again until an SUV came and parked before us! We were already waiting there for quite a long time so we decided to just drive away and go to the other gas station. As I drive away, I saw the other staff filling up the SUV who just arrive! Like seriously? Not to mention them being so lousy and IT WAS 9 IN THE FREAKING MORNING!! Fix your crew's customer service! People nowadays are in a rush!!! Having us waiting there for GOD KNOWS HOW LONG IS NOT FUNNY AT ALL!!!!!
