Very disappointing service. They don’t hold orientations just because there is not enough participants without considering the necessity to issue the requested documents. Not helpful at all. The hotline is a cold line too. Took so much time to take calls for queries.

This star is for Abraham, a little boy who lived in the house of CSWD. Abraham trusted these people. He died in november 2018 and nobody cared for it. They say they care for children, so how can that happen? And why do they not allow kids who live in their house to go to school? Is it not a kind of welfare to make it possible that a child can visit a school?
