Their service is very disappointing and very unprofessional. We availed a 2 hour massage package and was scheduled at 8 pm. We went there on time. An hour after the session started the service was cut short and their reason was that their 7 pm appointment just arrived. Like really? Is that how you deal with customers? You will stop in the middle of a service just to accommodate the person who came in late for his appointment? Never again Grand royale spa!

I have said many times before that this is the best place for massages in the city. In fairness, my wife and I have not tried others because we enjoy the massages here. Always leave relaxed and ready to go for another week. Only negative is after 1900/7PM you can hear music through the walls of the other bars and restaurants in the complex. Since they open at 1300/1PM, I would recommend getting there before that time. What I consider the perfect combination if you can afford is a stone massage, then body massage, followed by a final foot massage. That will cost around 1100 Pesos (excluding tip). Shout out to all the staff who have kept the standards up and do such great trabaho/work. Thanks for reading and if this review helps give a thumbs up.
