I had experienced a lot of inconveniences here in the Cashier's office because they seldom monitor the numbering system, unlike before, when they think they couldn't accommodate too many clients, they would schedule a cut-off and tell the guards to stop releasing priority numbers. Recently, I was lined up to pay for my tuition. Unfortunately, the teller said they wouldn't be able to entertain those who already got priority numbers. And I waited there for more than an hour.
