Terrible. They closed my account as i hadn't used it for a while then made me visit the bank three times and resubmit all my details even though they had all my info already. Then, after hours of my time wasted queuing they didnt know how to/couldn't set my internet banking up leaving me to call up a further four times. Then their internet banking site was down. I wish i'd just not bothered and stuck with BDO.
