Service rep and staffs were very courteous, and service time took 7hrs even though I have an appointment. I don't know if there's just sudden surge of clients.

Their agent is not responsive, I'm almost at my last payment this December and I have been asking for the Statement of Account since last year and until I don't have. I have certain fees to pay because there are times I haven't paid for full for the month that's I need to know my final payment to prepare but they're not calling nor responding to my call. Very slow service

Good service. Set up appointment to lessen the wait time.

Slow service. The problem of my car was not fixed after the service, and they want to diagnose again, syempre ibang bayad na naman yun. Then the smell inside my car was too bad when i released. So disapointing.
