I think this is the only gym in Dagupan with an Octagon ring and a boxing ring. Perfect place for combat practitioners. I started training here about 2 weeks ago, and over all Im satisfied with the place. I do hope they add more equipments soon.

This martial arts gym has the best facilities and equipment in Dagupan. It offers Brazilian Jiujitsu, Muay Thai, Karate, Taekwondo and Mixed Martial Arts among others. Resistance training equipment are available from kettlebells, dumbells, barbells to various machines for both upper and lower body. It also has cardio machines like the treadmill and stepped incline among other things. It has a cage. It has a Kickboxing/Muay Thai ring. And it is generously matted. It has different kinds of heavy bags for punching, kicking, and ground and pound. It also has at least two standing dummies. In addition, it has several Muay Thai pads, Taekwondo kick pads and kick shields, and boxing focus mitts. Boxing gloves and hand wraps are also communally available. However, I highly recommend that you bring your own gloves and hand wraps as the communal ones stink! 😉
