Laguna Holy Family Hospital

I have similar experiences. My father stayed there for 10 days and we paid 200,000. We didn't get an accurate diagnosis. All we heard was they never had a patient like him before. His condition was he is vomiting after a dialysis. He had to go home never finding out was causing my father's condition. He was always not let go and ask to stay for observation, but never really had a confirmed diagnosis. My relatives were also waiting for the doctors. in the meantime, when we saw the bill, the doctors fee is for 4 doctors amounting to a total of 60k which was already discounted because of PhilHealth. In connection, I heard that one of our neighbors died after having a gall bladder surgery. It was known that the family almost pay also around 200k. I was wondering though, may people had survived gall bladder surgery, what happened to my neighbor then? After hearing that, we had to find another hospital. I think that if I am going to to pay for expensive medical services, then I expect excellent doctors, facilities and treatment.

My brother in law was confined in this hospital for five days and paid P100,000. Unfortunately, this hospital never found out what was really going on with him after undergoing colonoscopy and endoscopy which cost a fortune. When his wife requested to get a copy of the result of the test they did to her husband, the nurse refused to give it and said to just wait to speak to the doctor. The doctor did not show up anyway. My sister tried to call the doctor on her cellphone but the nurse gave a wrong cp number. Can you believe that? They put the patient into sleep during the test. How do we really know they did it. The patient has all the right to know what is going on with his body and besides, he paid for the freaking test. This hospital doesn't care about the patients. It's all about money.

They do not want to answer the call during business hours. Useless hospital.

My sister died in the hands of this hospital. She could have been alive today if we didn’t take her to this hospital 3 years ago. I believe in Karma. They don’t prolong life here, they take life. It’s all about money, not services to the public. Be careful.
