Was supposed to buy an Exustar SPD-SL compatible cleats. There were 2 sticker price tags. One was P550 and the other was P600. One sales guy was accomodating but when he asked the other store person, the other guy immediately and arrogantly he said "ah P600 yan, sure yan di na yan yung presyo" and started to scratch off the P550 tag lol. Did not look me in the eye nor even told me himself kahit nasa harap nya na ako lol. Suplado si sir. Anyway let me share a little lesson "I" learned from this experience: 1. He should not have done that in front of a customer like me. It's inappropriate. 2. His decision to get the P50 lost the store a chance to sell a PhP100,000 Tri bike I was interested on but was already turned off. Cleats lang dapat na muntik na maging Giant Tri built bike lol. Buti na lang din at naka tipid ako. Anyways I went to the store beside this one and was very impressed in how they treated customers. Ended up getting what I needed and walk out of the other store happy lol.

A bike shop who will literally refuse you / customers if you didn't buy your bike in their so called shop. btw my bike is an 8 year old mountain bike and I just wanted it to be tuned up and. This is what a mechanic / boy there said "Sorry sir, I'm sorry because our boss ordered that if the bike was not bought here, we can't fix it". You know what they want to see on the bike but their boss might get angry. Just go to the mekai bike shop🙃
