Sadly, no response to emergency phone calls.. Over a period of 30 minutes I have constantly tried to call the hospital for an emergency related case.. Nobody picked up the phone although it is a 24 hrs line. In the end I drove the patient with police escort to the Asian hospital in alabang.

Just calling them is impossible, imagine what it’s like in the hospital itself. No one bothers to answer the phone. Hopeless...

I work in this hospital for more than 7 years. The management invests in high quality medical services and maintains the TMC way of patient experience.

My 78 year old mom had extreme difficulty in breathing. We brought her to this hospital late at night. The ER staff and nurses were very professional. The doctor was readily available, courteous and very knowledgeable. We were out in about two hours and our bill was only P2,000. My mom felt so much better. We all felt so blessed to have such a good hospital close by.

Worse service ever. The staffs leave you unattended. It gets even worse when one of the patients keeps asking for an oxygen tank because it was already empty but no one went to change her tank. If it weren’t for my aunt that patient might end up dying.
