Relocated recently from the US and extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with Crown Relo Philippines. The US side of our move went smoothly but getting our shipment delivered once it arrived here was highly stressful. Paperwork wasn’t handled properly which caused weeks of delay (with our container sitting at the Port the whole time incurring extra storage and demurrage fees), loss of duty-free privileges, plus loss of one very important piece of document for which the team refuses to take accountability. If you’re considering them for your relocation needs, do yourself a favor and find another service provider.
