i ordered last week a cycling helmet, i chatted with the ssller, they told me since friday of lastweek that it was ready for pick up but until now lazada haven't pick it up how come? 319089757805820 that is my order detail please do something about it

Don't know about you guys but it's been a year and lazada completes and delivers my orders all COD... The service may be slow moderate or fast depending on customs work you just sometimes have to understand and be patient. Trust in the employees and GOD

Workers are incompetent. Throwing fragile items when delivering isnt a good job.
