this is a perfect sight for diving and fishing. the beach is not that good since its more rocky than sandy. but if you wanna go snorkeling then this would be the perfect place. during low tide the reefs are even visible.

Campomanes Bay Beach is a small, white beach of coral sands and with a beautiful view of a small island at the mouth of Maricalum River. It is the oldest public beach in Sipalay, and for years, had been a choice destination of local beach-goers from distant cities. It has a small port with a depth of 14 meters, thus, could accommodate large ships or barges with heavy cargo. It also hosted the US ships that delivered the rations to the island in WWII. Today, it is a remarkable dive site- the point of interest: sunken ships.
