This is the best bread and pastries shop, hands down. The freshly baked cheese rolls, spanish bread, and pandesal are soft and tasty!!

first time to be here and it was worth our time. For ube lovers out there, I highly recommend their ube cheesecake. You can buy a slice. It’s just perfect! I tried different kinds of bread. Good quality and tasty bread. I found my favorite go to bakery. Service is good and staff are very helpful. Prices are not as expensive unlike some bakeries. For my next time visit, I am eyeing that yema cake and chocolate cake which can be purchased by slices.

A very nice place for coffee & sweets ☕🍵😘 the staff are friendly, the cakes are the best & affordable..the breads are delucious😋.. My all time favorite is the coco bread, it so yummy 😋 their garlic bread is the best! They offer yummy hamburgers & meat filled breads 🥪

Every shop does not serve their famous specialty, the chocolate cake. EVERY Sofia STORE IN BACOLOD WILL NOT LET YOU BUY THIS CAKE FOR SINGLE COMSUMPTION. You have to buy the whole dadgum cake. What is the point of having your stores when they can't sell your specialty. If tourists won't be able to get them unless they buy thw whole cake? You have a lot of competition here in Bacolod. Hope they bury you.

* When I think of Sofia Bread & Pastries, what comes to my mind instantly is the Coco Bread. Yeah, that soft, big bun stuffed with deliciously sweet coconut filling. Yummy! And yes, the desserts! They have a wide selection of that too. My go-to choice is usually the chocolate one. I also loved their Red Velvet cake and our fave Brazo de Mercedes. 🍰 Their pastries are impeccable, too. Garlic bread, large delicious muffins, meat buns, yeah that one too. 😋 The place is cozy too, with a friendly crew. Of course the list would not be complete without the delicious brewed coffee (in hot or iced options). ☕☕☕ Definitely one of the best choices for dessert here in Bacolod. Highly recommended! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🍪🍪🍪🥐🥐🥐☕☕☕☕☕
