Overpriced and incompetent! Never buy a ford in the Philippines unless you want to pay ten times the price of parts compared to Canada or the US. They tried to charge me 6400 pesos for a diagnosis and it would take them 4 days! Ha ha. I went to a shop near Robinson mall and they diagnosed and repaired my car for 500 pesos. Dealing with this dealership makes me want to sell my ford and buy Toyota. I'm a big fan of Ford in Canada but here in Phil its a rip off. Overpriced parts and service. Buyer beware!! Spark plug wires: Canada = $30 or 1200 pesos; Negros Ford = 13874 pesos. Over 10x price Steering hose: Canada = $56 or 2240 pesos; Negros Ford = 19598 pesos. Over 8x the price This one is the best! Ball joint : Canada = $20 or 800 pesos; Negros Ford = 29,656 pesos. That's 37x the price!! Ha ha.

My rating would be based on my vehicle purchased from them coz with regards to the place well a lot of good things can be considered. I bought a Ford Ecosport last 2017 and quite frankly not happy with the unit. I experienced early problems during the first months of use and it is not fuel efficient.
