Asked for some car parts after we had and accident and all they got for us is "wait". They have to order parts across all branches in the country and they dont know when will they have it.

If you have a trade in car Kia motors are the only dealers that I know of who offer a trade in. I purchased a Kia soul, I've yet to take delivery. The sales staff were knowledgeable and polite.
