I have twice asked Ourànios Flower Shop to deliver flower arrangements for me. No risk even for me being overseas. Totally trustworthy. The quality of flowers and the beauty of arrangements, and the delivery are faultless. The recipients are thrilled every time. A big thank you

Incompetent staff and incompetent service. Years ago we used to buy good flower arrangements with this shop every time we have a deceased loved one. I do not know what happened now. I went to this shop as my family would like to offer a good flower arrangement for another deceased loved one. I asked for choices, they showed me 4 arrangements and said they ranged from 1500 to 2000 pesos. Their staff did not explained to me that the flowers will vary depending on availability. They did not also gave me other options, as we are willing to pay enough for a good arrangement. So, I stick with what has been offered. And before I left the shop, their staff asked me what color of the flowers do I want and I said all white. I was shocked with the arrangement they had delivered. As in the picture, you can see 5 different flowers and we only received 2. I immediately contacted them thru their Facebook page and the following day. Their point: * The pictures shown in their shop and on Facebook are just sample photos only - so manage your expectations (sample photos show more expensive flowers) * They have serve the worth they have been paid * There was a miscommunication with their staff My point: * In the first place, I did not ask for the price, I asked on how the arrangement would look like because we are willing to pay * Second, they have not explained that they have limited stocks of flowers and how the arrangement would look like * Showing sample photos and corresponding it to a price is useless since they cannot implement it
