Poor nursing service and deserves nothing but a zero rate. ( got no choice but to rate at least 1 star, otherwise I can’t post my comment) So disappointed with the full quality service in total. The payment is not well compensated with the service. Would not recommend this hospital at all. Please change the theme coz it’s not appropriate “your health is our priority”, totally opposite. Critical results not even managed well. Much worse is delayed blood results. Needs to review the whole hospital policies and procedures. All patients deserves to be treated well.

The Metro Bacolod Hospital and Medical Center is a 6-storey, 250 bed tertiary hospital to be built in a 1-hectare lot along the bustling area of Burgos St. It will be a new and modern state-of-the-art medical facility near the plaza and the New Government Center which is easily accessible by both private and public vehicles. This has been carefully planned by dedicated doctors and professionals who are well recognized in their respective fields of expertise to put up a leading tertiary medical center that will provide affordable care to patients from Western Visayas and the entire ASEAN region.
