Great service, COVID Patients were separated from clean cases. Nurses and staff were all attentive

I went to OPD because of my asthma attack. Doctor on teleconference ordered lab test etc. After all the laboratory test and xray, when I came back to the OPD reception area, there was no one there but me. Thay have all left and I was alone and don't know what to do next. My consultation was not over but there was no one in sight. I knocked and knocked for almost 30 min, calling everyone that pass by but no one did help me. What was I suppose to do after xray? The only instruction was go back to OPD and wait but not a single soul was there. This is incompetence at its fullest. My first time here in 20 years and it has gone to worst. I did not achieve my goal of getting medication because I couldn't find any body to attend to my medical needs. Time to switch out to another hospital Very poor service and takes a long long time. This is a disgrace to the medical profession. What a shame.

money seem to disapear very fast when admitting.don't trust anyone at front desk
