Disappointed with the dry cleaning service. I have had tailored my new wedding dress so I dry cleaned my simple wedding dress here and it cost 1000php but was bargained to 800php because again it was just a simple wedding dress. Several pencil dot/marks on the sleeves was visible enough by the naked eye but was not remove at all. Same goes with other small pencil marks are on the breast and hip areas. The dress do smell good but a bit dirty. I have to slightly scrub those pencil marks by hand and boom all gone. The dress was new and needs just a little cleaning and pressing but this laundry service failed to do. Please do a final check of the dresses first before wrapping and giving it back to the clients so as to not mislook stains on it.
