A good place to visit when in Sagay City, Negros Occidental. The place is located in Old Sagay, in the beach front. What is nice to see here is the art, paintings, and art installations on the beach. The place is the residence of a famed artist Nunelucio Alvarado, who trains budding artist in Sagay City. In the house of Nunelucio is the Kape Albarako, a coffee shop serving fine coffee with reasonable (cheap) price. To go to the place, observe the art exhibits and drink coffee by the beach is a refreshing experience.

A good place to relax and feel the breeze. However the place need to be improved and need to add more food to their menu.

artistic...but can be accessed only through the beach. No roadside opening
