Clean, upscale, peaceful environment, nice reception area. Scheduled appointments, showers and CR available. Massage room was tidy including comfortable massage table with clean linen. 90 minute combo was ₽600. Therapist was highly skilled and allowed request for concentration on my lumbar region and feet. I’ve visited 70% of the spas in Bacolod and by far this was the best experience yet!

I booked a Swedish massage and it felt like she was only rubbing oil on my back. I asked her to add more pressure and she would for about 2 minutes and then get back to just rubbing. She did not take her time to massage each muscle group. Instead she wanted to sit down and scratch my head lightly for about 15-20 minutes for no reason. Then I felt her stop about 4 times. I was thinking she started to fall asleep, and then all of a sudden I heard her snore herself awake. Spa Natura did not bother to accommodate me a new massage or offer a discount. In that fact i will not be going back.

The best spa/massage that I know in Bacolod. Nothing relaxes im like a good massage and this is the place to be. I recommend the Combination massage. You can get it for 600 php. The masseuse are courteous and do their jobs well. Hope more people would come.

My masseuse was pregnant but gave a great massage. The place was clean, spacious massage rooms. Highly recommended
