Horrible customer service and sometimes long wait times at checkout. I've waited numerous times for 15-20 minutes because of an issue between the cashier and a customer which should be handled offside by a manager. Sometimes some of the employees can be heard making negative comments about customers. Why?!!! Most of the food is ultraprocessed and overpriced compared to other SM Supermarkets. Selection is also limited to just a few brands. Most common complaint I've heard from others about this place is that only a few cashiers for large amount of checkout customers plus long wait times.

I buy our grocery from this place whenever I visit home. Their supermarket has a lot of choices and i find their groceries complete. Most of all, they have faster service in their check-out counters so you don't waste time queueing.

Typical Philippines grocery store. Overpriced, packaged preservatives. Dust on so many products. Gross meat section. Almost no vegetables. Lines are dumb. So many staff but being forced to line up in either basket, cart or prestige. Sometimes there are 3 staff doing nothing while 8 people line up in one line.

I'm a fan of huge malls where I can shop and see more however being contented with what we have now is ❤️❤️❤️❤️
