Samu Beach Resort

pang surfing ang dagat sa san narciso so if ur bringing kids better look for a resort with its own swimming pool. samu's rm rates aren't worth it. beach front rooms are too small. bring ur own cookwares and utensils unless u want to share with other guests. burning stove is shared. 2 refrigerators are shared. 5small cr with shower also shared. come early so u get d larger dining area or sa kubo na lng kayo kkain. the mini pool is good for kids but some drinking adults love to take a dip on it too. they have a videoke so good luck if u want to rest early or pag malas ka umaga p lng may kantahan na,resort po kc e.

Disclaimer: I should not post to as a public post on my wall but since SAMU BEACH HOUSE deleted the review eme on their page, There, posting it publicly. Just got back to manila today from Samu, We stayed there for 3D / 2N. We were supposed to cut short our stay due to the following reasons: 1) No gas and water. 4-5 hrs drive from manila only to find out the place where we wait without water and gas. We have to call the caretaker who left the house immediately when we arrived so we waited for him to return to be able to deliver gas and turn on the water. 2) Agiw is everywhere. The house does not seem to be cleaned. The ceiling is pure agiw 3) Literally dirty kitchen. Rusty utensils, clogged sink. 😤 4) Free shower in the bedroom itself. The only room on the ground floor double deck, the aircon is leaking. As in wet the bed. The caretaker said he would do it but we never came back. 5) Free sauna in 2nd flr room. Most of the beds are located upstairs. He has aircon but how can it be cold at the top full of holes. Just the curtain door. Wasted on electricity lol. 7) Stainless electric fan. There are electric fans in the 2nd because it is too hot but they are all dirty and rusty. The one without pant cover, prone to accident. 8.) Useless remotes. All their remote does not work. There are spare batteries scattered but also empty ones. 9) As per the secretary I talked to, there seems to be wifi but nothing. The difficulty of the signal in the place itself. 10) Dirty and perforated sofa cover. Who would want to sit on their sofa set? Looks like a few months of unwashed. Our stay was very disappointing. Not worth it for the amount we paid. We were supposed to leave on the 2nd day. I called the secretary because she was the one I talked to and informed her of the items above, the secretary said they were not aware that the house was like that and and that she’s very sorry. We asked for a refund for the 2nd day but after the election it was said that matra-transfer was due to the boss leaving. We wanted to leave now. We are all set but the secretary said that we can just transfer to the other beach which is the beach front. Ipapalinis lang daw then pwede na kami lumipat dun ng afternoon. So we decided to just move there around 6pm for in time for bedtime but when we were ready, this caretaker came back to us to inform us that workers had arrived and that we could not move. Grabe! The ones in the pictures here on fb and airbnb look very different. It looks like the pictures were taken when the house was newly built. Lol. First time nagyare samin yung ganto! We were all very disappointed.
